June 2018 – ComReal has just sold ten acres located at 21250 SW 167th Avenue in Redland, Florida. The property is in un-incorporated Miami-Dade County and has dual-zoning: industrial / agricultural. The final sales price was $1,550,000 or $155,000 per acre. The buyer and new owner is Gabriel Serrano, with Aeroservicios USA, who will use the property for outside storage. The financing was provided by JP Morgan Chase Bank.

The seller was Quail Corporation. In addition, last summer, the ComReal team also sold the 55,000 sq. ft. adjacent packing warehouse for $3,445,000. For more info on this deal, please read Redland Warehouse Sold! >>>

Both of these deals were a true team effort by Ed Redlich, Chris Spear and Mort Fetterolf who have each lived in The Redland. “I really enjoy working with agricultural properties in The Redland and I’m literally going back to my roots to assist my old neighbors.” – states Ed Redlich. “Now that these transactions are finalized, our team is looking for more clients and agricultural properties in The Redland area.”

ComReal also teamed up with aerial photographers, SkyDrone Logistics, to create a video on both the property and the Redland community. Be sure to watch by clicking this link: Redland Florida Warehouse and Land. >>>

Fun fact! Folks often confuse Redland, Florida with Redlands, California. However, the Redland in Florida is spelled without the “s”.
