DSE is based in South Korean and expanded their logistics in Miami, Florida. The property is located at 1335 NW 98th Court, Doral, Florida, and is comprised of 8,700 sq ft. of warehouse space. It is just a few miles west of the Miami International Airport, in Doral’s class A business park known as International Commerce Park (ICP).
DSE CargoNet USA contacted ComReal in April 2010 to seek their assistance in locating a warehouse space in the Miami Airport West Dade submarket. The Miami Warehouse Team prepared an extensive site selection which included a variety of warehouses across the Miami Airport area. After touring many warehouses in Doral and Medley, DSE CargoNet USA chose the International Corporate Park property because it is a Class A warehouse near major thoroughfares in Doral, which was a great fit for DSE CargoNet USA. DSE CargoNet USA has warehouse distribution centers across the world in South Korea, Germany, China, Austria and the U.S. Now they can add a new South Florida warehouse location to their list thanks to the efforts from ComReal Miami’s Industrial Team.
