Redland Professional Park, LLC has sold 1 acre of industrial land on NW 10th Avenue & 4th Street, Homestead, to Amprop Holdings Homestead, LLC. The site was sold for $493,564. Ed Redlich, industrial Realtor with ComReal Miami, helped facilitate the transaction along with the assistance of Vision Council, an organization devoted to growing the local economy. Previous business owner, Flowers Bakery, one of the largest bakeries serving the southeastern United States will now be expanding to Redland Professional Park in the City of Homestead. A new bakery will be custom built in 2007 on about 1 acre within the industrial park. Redlich states that “This is the second business in six months to purchase an acre at Redland Park. The other is MVRT, a local construction company. This neighborhood is thriving with new businesses and construction.”
