The sales price was $4,065,000. The property is zoned industrial and was one of the largest sites of it’s kind available in South Dade County. The purchaser, RAM Land Investments, identified this site by conducting a comprehensive site selection for RAM’s industrial manufacturing need. During the permitting application period, they discovered that the County would not permit their intended use. They reacted quickly and procured a second purchaser, Country View. RAM then assigned the Purchase & Sales Contract over to County View. They now intend to develop the property for residential homes which is much more appealing to the County and local neighbors within the Princeton Charrette.
