The Doral warehouse is located at 1913 NW 79th Avenue, in the Miami International Commerce Center (MICC) in Doral. The landlord is PS Business Parks which has other Doral warehouse spaces for lease. Mr. Berkovitz represented the freight forwarder. His past experience with logistics in the U.S. Marines helped him understand his client’s needs.
