The non-disclosed client of ComReal is in the international skin care production and distribution industry. The landlord is Seagis Property Group.

In the summer, the client contacted ComReal in need of additional overflow storage and production space from 25,000 sq. ft. and up somewhere in Miami-Dade County. After touring a multitude of various-sized buildings from Homestead to Miami Lakes, the client selected the centrally-located warehouse building in Doral. “After previewing the building with the landlord, I knew that this was a property that our client should consider so we setup a tour expeditiously. The property’s easy access to the Florida Turnpike; the class A business park setting as well as other features made it the final selection. The building was previously occupied by United Parcel Service (UPS) and Carrier Air Conditioners before them.
