• 7,000 sq. ft. at 1881 NW 87^th Avenue in Beacon Centre in Doral. Owned by Prologis and represented by State Street Realty.
• 25,500 sq. ft. at 1700 Park Central Boulevard in Park Central Business Park in Pompano Beach. Owned by Duke Realty and represented by CBRE.
