Redlich, CCIM </strong>of ComReal Miami, Inc. represented Baker Construction and announces the sale of 8321 NW 90<sup>th</sup> Street in The City of Medley for $2,315,000 on May 16, 2006. The Seller was Stone Ventures, LLC. ComReal represented the Buyer, Baker–Phoenix Properties, LLC.</p>
<p>The ComReal Team prepared a comprehensive Site Selection of available industrial properties for Baker. The Subject Property is a 3 acres vacant, industrial site with only a 22,000 sq. ft. foundation for a warehouse. Baker will complete the construction of the Medley warehouse building in the Fall. Rob Baker states <em>“ComReal assisted Baker in the Due Diligence period in dealing with the Owner, various contractors and city officials to help complete this unusual transaction. I would use ComReal again for all of our South Florida industrial real estate needs.”</em></p>
