Edward Redlich, SIOR, CCIM, Vice-President

Edward Redlich is a Miami native with over 15 years of experience in Miami’s commercial real estate market. His services include buyer & tenant representation, asset disposition, site selection, landlord representation, consultation and lease/purchase negotiations. Redlich has represented all types of businesses including larger, international corporations as well as smaller, local entrepreneurs.

Stephen H. Smith, SIOR, President & Founder

Stephen H. Smith is President and Founder of The ComReal Companies, a Miami-based commercial real estate company founded in the 1970’s. Mr. Smith holds the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors and is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mr. Smith has assisted in the development of several business parks including Americas’ Gateway Park, a 136-acre business park located in Doral.

Phyllis McHenry, Vice-President

Phyllis McHenry specializes in the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment grade properties. She has experience working with both private and institutional investors. With an extensive background in investment analysis, she also offers sophisticated financial services for real estate syndications and joint ventures. McHenry is a graduate of The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and New York.

Christopher Spear, Industrial Associate

Chris Spear specializes in the sale and leasing of commercial property in Miami-Dade County. Chris Spear’s services include landlord representation, buyer and tenant representation, lease and purchase negotiations, consultation and site selections. Chris has represented businesses which range from your local entrepreneur to the large international companies. In 2002 Chris obtained a Marketing degree from FL State University with a minor in Communications.

Michael Weihl, Industrial Associate

Michael Weihlis a licensed business intermediary with ComReal Miami Inc. He is dedicated to providing clients confidential comprehensive services to maximize the business transfer process. Mr. Weihl understands the complexities of operating a business and therefore recognizes the value a professional provides. He graduated from University of Florida and is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida.

Ronald A. Winokur, Investment Specialist

Ron Winokur is a Miami commercial real estate investment specialist. He has been with ComReal Miami since 1990. Ron graduated from University of Miami in 1958 and has been in the real estate development, sales and leasing business since 1972. He has been instrumental in the leasing of over 2,000,000 square feet of office and warehouse spaces valued at over $100,000,000. In addition, he has represented the sale of commercial land and buildings valued at $55,000,000. His past work experience includes serving as a leasing and sales director with MG Investments, Modular Developments, Clark-Biondi, Adlee Developers and Doran Jason Group.

Edison Vasquez, Commercial Associate

Edison Vasquez is originally from Ecuador and moved to Florida in 2000. He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) with a Bachelor’s in Finance in 2007 then went on to pursue his graduate degree for International Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU) in 2008. In 2010, Edison joined ComReal Miami to specialize in selling and leasing warehouse buildings in the industrial real estate market.

Ronald Redlich, Commercial Associate

After a successful 18-year career in commercial banking, Ron Redlich joined ComReal Miami in 1985 and became a commercial real estate sales and leasing expert. Ron is a graduate of the University of Miami. Ron still offers consultations to ComReal associates. His son, Ed Redlich, is second generation in the commercial real estate business.

JH Heinl, Vice-President

JH Heinl is one of the top producers at ComReal Miami, Inc. and has earned his title as “South Dade Specialist.” He joined ComReal in 1985 and is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance & Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania. Although retired, Heinl is still available for consultations to his fellow associates within The ComReal Companies.

Louise Bendix, Commercial Associate

Louise Bendix specializes in the Miami office space market. Her past experience was with Suchman Real Estate, LB Sales and Marketing Solutions, Urbanus, Doxey Furniture and Storehouse. She is a graduate of Duke University. Ms. Bendix is very passionate about Green building/development. She is involved with The Miami and The Florida Keys Branch of USGBC.

Carolina Rojas-Kowalski, Director of Marketing & IT

Carolina Rojas-Kowalski was born in Colombia. Besides speaking English and Spanish, she is also fluent in French. She is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Florida International University where she majored in Management Information Systems.

Rebeca Incer, Associate/Executive Assistant

Born in Nicaragua, Rebeca Incer  joined the ComReal Miami team in 2003 and has proven to be an invaluable asset. In addition to her growing commitment to commercial real estate, Rebeca is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian, making her indispensable when communicating with Miami’s multilingual clientele. Rebeca graduated from the Savannah College of Art & Design, majoring in TV and Film Production as well as Computer Art.
