• www.miamiccim.com: The Miami-Dade-Monroe District for the CCIM Florida Chapter. Visit the website to learn about upcoming local CCIM events and educational courses.

• www.siorfl.com: The Florida Chapter’s website for SIOR; the industry’s top producers. The prestigious SIOR designation is awarded for the highest level of achievement, knowledge, accountability and ethical standards. Widely recognized in the industry as the most experienced and capable practitioners in the commercial brokerage community.

• Miami-Dade County Building Permits: “Buildit” is the county’s website for all commercial real estate persons and contractors involved in the development process. Plenty of tools for commercial building projects, zoning codes, permits and more.

Economic Freedom:

• YouTube Video of Ronald Reagan: This is a recording made in 1961 when Reagan spoke out against socialized medicine.

• YouTube Video of ‘THE SPEECH’: Ronald Reagan addresses the audience at the 1964 Republican National Convention.

• mikeroweWORKS by Mike Rowe: Most known as the host of ‘Dirty Jobs’ on the Discovery Channel, Mike has recently launched a campaign in efforts to bring support to the trades and help to restore the foundations of our country.

• The Neal Asbury Show: Presented by an advocate of free enterprise and entrepreneurship. Mr. Asbury was the 2008 recipient of the coveted U.S. National Champion Exporter of the Year Award. He has published over 100 articles on global trade issues. Read his blog or listen to online radio broadcasts.

• YouTube Video of “The Pencil”: One of my favorite 2-minutes clips from the Idea Channel and Milton Friedman. In simple terms, he discusses the magic of free market, how price system promotes production and peace among peoples of the world.
